Each excursion is planned around your dates and headcount, then quoted on its own so it can be added to any suitable stay.
18 or 36 holes on the Trail.
Grand National in Auburn/Opelika or Capitol Hill in Prattville, with lunch between rounds and the ride arranged if you want it.

Shopping and dining in Auburn or Opelika, a Lake Martin boat and dining day, and Auburn Game Day with or without transportation.

Off-site at Auburn Oaks Farm.
Sporting clays in Notasulga, with instruction for beginners and seasonal guided hunts by arrangement.

How an excursion gets booked
One clear quote, suppliers confirmed first.
Tell us what the group wants and we confirm every supplier before anything is quoted.
What we ask for
The date, headcount, preferred activity, transportation choice, meal preferences and any accessibility needs.
Suppliers first
We confirm the suppliers, then send one quote showing what is included, what is optional and what is payable directly.
Separate from lodging
Excursions are quoted apart from the stay, so an outing can be added to any suitable booking.
Splitting up?
If part of the group golfs while the rest heads to town, we quote separate vehicles or confirmed staggered transfers.
