Waggle Dance Ranch is a private group retreat where the property is part of the vacation: golf, pickleball, soccer, basketball, recovery, food, competitions, Game Day weekends and deliberately ridiculous advertising, all under one roof.

Why are the hours open-ended?
The honest answer is that we don’t know yet. We don’t know how many guests will want all of the services we’re offering, so the hours for most roles are open-ended and will grow with demand. The exceptions are the internships and the Hurly Burly Crew, which has up to four part-time positions for the summer season only.
One team, several hats
These descriptions define the work WDR needs done. They are not twelve rigid silos. In the opening phase, one exceptional student may cover pieces of several roles, and responsibilities can evolve as the Ranch learns what guests value most.
